Before uploading, define what the other person actually needs to do: watch the video, download it, verify information or keep it for longer.
- 1080p is often enough for demonstrations, support and client review.
- Text and fast motion need more bitrate than a static talking head.
- 30 FPS is sufficient for many clips; 60 FPS helps motion but increases data needs.
