Publisher programme guide
How accounts, storage, rewards, the public gallery and moderation work.
1. Account and approval
Publisher accounts are separate from standard VideoTemporales accounts. After verifying your email, submit an application describing your website, blog, channel, profile or community. Permanent uploads are enabled after manual review.
2. Permanent storage
Every approved publisher starts with 1 GB. Videos do not expire automatically while total usage remains within quota. The quota applies to all videos together and each file may be up to 1 GB.
3. Points and rewards
A valid human visit may generate one point. Playback, visible time, repetition, origin and anti-fraud signals are checked. Your own visits and automated, artificial or manipulated traffic do not earn points.
4. Temporary storage bonuses
Confirmed points can be exchanged for seven-day storage bonuses. When a bonus ends, videos are not immediately deleted: a grace period allows you to reduce usage or activate another bonus.
5. Public gallery
Uploaded videos are private by default. To include one in the gallery, select “Request publication in the public gallery”. Every request is reviewed and may be approved, rejected, withdrawn or blocked.
6. Links to your project
Approved videos display the publisher name and a link to the declared website, blog, channel or community. The gallery does not guarantee a specific number of visits or a fixed position.
7. Content rules
Only upload content you have the right to publish. Illegal, abusive, deceptive, malicious, sexually exploitative or rights-infringing content is prohibited. Videos, accounts and rewards may be suspended during review.
8. Fraud and manipulation
Buying visits, using bots, automatic refreshing, fake playback incentives, hidden players and coordinated artificial traffic are prohibited. Suspicious points may remain pending, be cancelled or removed.
9. Deletion and withdrawal
Videos can be deleted from the dashboard. Files under legal preservation or investigation may be temporarily protected from deletion. Withdrawing a video from the gallery does not delete its file or private link.
10. Support
For technical issues, moderation questions or account problems, use the support form and include the video identifier when relevant.
